Angles:
Normal Angle Tolerances is ± ½
degree but may very depending on the location
in the Casting
Radius:
The corner and the fillet radius should be
minimum 0.5 mm. Each but are dependent of
adjacent Casting feature. Larger radius may
be necessary to ensure against shrinkage in
thick junction.
Composition We Cast:
CF8, CF8M, CF3, DF3M, WCB, EN-SERIES, CD4MCU,
CN7M (ALLOY-20), CA-15, CA-40, CB7CU-1&2,
(17-4-PH), DURAMET, AGRONITE, HAST ALLOY,
MONEL, CZ-100, CARBON STEEL, CAST IRON, STELLITE
AND IN NON-FERROUS BRASS, BRONZE AND GUN METAL. |
